You can always email us at support@kubesail.com. For customers on our paid plans, we respond within 24 hours, and do our best to respond to all other requests we receive.
If you're using a PiBox, you can run curl -sL https://pibox.io/help.sh | sudo bash and it will automatically report a few logs to us to help us sort out what's going on.
